The client was very specific and knew what expectations he had for the site. The assumptions and moodboards prepared together confirmed the efficient process of realization. The brief was established and refined within a few days, which allowed us to work with precise ideas and style.
A minimalist site by design — a developer's portfolio type with minimum content, a lot of space, out-of-the-box section layouts and large typography. The whole project was enriched with smooth animation with easing motion, on par with top projects from awwwards industry awards.
We based the UI work on the company's branding — the rhombus and bevel as the main graphic motif, combined with black and yellow.
After 2-3 iterations at the UX prototyping stage, all assumptions about minimum content, maximum space and large images were confirmed. The UI layer was designed in basic views: 1366px desktop and mobile 768px and 366px, where sections and graphical elements were simplified for optimal display.
The site equipped with animations and custom HTML, CSS, JS code works fast. Despite the implementation of video and effects, its loading time and code execution is at a very good level.
We provided a custom-implemented WordPress admin panel built from pre-defined blocks. The administrator can independently add sections and subpages without contacting the developer. The drag-and-drop mechanism provides convenience in prioritizing and ordering sections on the page.
