We optimized the Ambience website to better showcase a wide range of projects. We simplified user paths and improved access to key information, which increased the number of collaboration inquiries and customer engagement.
In the Ambience project our analysis focused on individuals and companies looking for a variety of interior-arrangement projects — from luxury interiors to modern commercial solutions. Ambience clients are people who value an individual approach, a broad range of services, and project quality that perfectly matches the needs of the lifestyle market.
We started the project with UX workshops that allowed us to understand Ambience's client needs. Together with the client team we defined key audience groups, built personas, and identified areas in which the presentation of the offer and projects needed optimization. A key conclusion was that the site must clearly and attractively present a broad range of projects — which is the unique value of the brand.
Based on the workshop findings, we designed a new site structure that highlights project variety and simplifies user paths. We created wireframes presenting a new content-organization approach — enabling users to quickly find projects of interest, from luxury interior arrangements to modern solutions for commercial spaces.
In the UI design phase we focused on visual consistency and clarity of the message. Every site element was designed to emphasize the quality and variety of Ambience's realizations. Large, high-quality project photos, clear typography, and intuitive navigation together create an impression of elegance and professionalism that responds to the needs of demanding clients.
Based on user-behavior analysis, we optimized the key paths leading to the most important site sections such as portfolio, case studies, and contact forms. A simplified structure enabled faster access to projects and services — which in turn increased the number of inquiries and improved engagement of potential clients.
Thanks to the new solutions, the Ambience site better presents the variety of delivered projects, contributing to stronger engagement.
The final stage was HTML, CSS, JS coding — building a template with fast render time and semantically correct markup.
The backend deployment was implementation of the WordPress platform.
Pursuing the main goal of lightning-fast loading, we went deep into maximum acceleration, because page loading speed influences usability and the willingness to journey deeper into the offer.
For the site to run truly fast, we performed a full technical optimization package, analyzing with gtmetrix and Lighthouse. Among the actions taken:
