Multi-Stage Negotiations and Real-Time Cash Flow Monitoring

EVmobility needed to streamline order handling and optimize work with clients on EV charger installation orders. Customer service required multi-stage negotiations and contract customization, which was time-consuming. The company also needed real-time monitoring of revenue and costs, plus better insight into the effectiveness of sales activities.

[ Approach ]

CRM with Sales Process, Cash Flow and Contractor Database

We implemented a CRM system with a sales process module covering the full pipeline: information gathering, quoting, contract, installation, commissioning, and additional services. The contractor database was integrated, and a cash flow analysis and reporting module was built. Implementation proceeded in 3 phases: understanding needs and design, personalization and system integration, then user training and deployment.

Accelerated Sales and Automated Reminders

The implementation accelerated sales processes, improved cash flow monitoring, and increased team efficiency. Time savings on repetitive tasks are significant, and automatic reminders about contacts and visits ensure no opportunity is missed. Every order is now tracked from first contact through to final payment.
