Polska Akademia Fotowoltaiczna is a renowned institution offering high-quality training for photovoltaic installers. The key goals were: facilitating registration and monitoring participant progress with automated assessment, providing an intuitive interface for coordinators to generate training and administrators to approve, and centralizing participant data, training history and grades in one system.
Diverse user groups — participants, instructors, administrators, guests — each needing different access levels and workflows.
The process included user interviews, persona development, userflow mapping, UX prototyping, user testing with coordinators, and UI design implementation. Design challenges addressed diverse user groups, data security and payment protection, integration with existing systems, and responsive design across devices.
The delivered system streamlined registration and training creation workflows, automated certificate generation with email delivery, and centralized data management — significantly improving administrative efficiency.
