The client needed assistance creating a new website that would properly display the sales product (apartments, premises) and highlight the advantages of the estate and developer. The key goals were achieving the highest possible sales conversion and managing website content and apartment status from the CMS level.
The main administrative goal: enable changes to all apartment parameters and statuses directly from the CMS.
We conducted competition analysis, SEO research, and analysis of client materials to develop goals and assumptions. The UX design phase involved conversations about client needs and expectations, creation of moodboards as graphic inspirations, and development of clickable prototypes and UX mockups in Figma for desktop and mobile resolutions.
The user experience was designed based on diagrams to make the website attractive, clear and useful. Implementation used an intuitive WordPress CMS system so non-technical people can operate it independently.
