We're revolutionizing the online dumpling-purchase process by introducing a completely new buying perspective. Thanks to our work — grounded in a detailed discovery stage — we created an attractive and intuitive e-commerce solution that perfectly addresses the needs and expectations of the B2B sector, our main target audience.
Our task was to build an e-commerce platform that makes it simple to order wholesale quantities of products for the B2B sector, while also providing marketing-automation tools for Client handling and the sales process. The platform was also supposed to enable analysis of product-group sales, monthly summary generation, and integration with external accounting software via API.
Above all, the platform's task is to support commercial goals by attracting and converting new customers at scale.
To design a valuable, targeted offer for users of a digital product, running tests with end customers is critical. Gathering their feedback and iterating the UX design is essential. Understanding and clearly defining different customer segments is a foundational step — enabling tailored value propositions and UX solutions.
We started the project by getting to know the company's values, the team and its needs regarding the platform. Through Kick-Off workshops we systematized knowledge and gathered data to review and analyze B2B customer segmentation, product strategy, and Sticki Business brand positioning. In subsequent workshops we went through competitor benchmarks in detail and the ways of presenting the offer and the purchase process.
Building the project team needed for the work and organizing the work is a key stage for smooth delivery and communication.
We worked with the Client in a 4-person team, which gave us the ability to exchange feedback not only with the owner but also with Sales specialists and the Commercial department. In the design process, meetings were held cyclically every week, during which successive versions of wireframes and proposed B2B-platform business-concept solutions were worked out.
With a specialist team from different fields on the Client's side, together with insights and observations, we began UX wireframe design early in the offer-communication stage — which shortened the time needed for UX wireframing.
User tests were included in the design work, aimed at:
Design matters, because not only appearance but also operation is vitally important — and in our design process it's already thought through and tested at this stage. We moved into graphic-design work so that the StickiBusiness brand image positions it as a premium brand while remaining light, fresh and modern. We took care of the mobile version, because today that's a strong point of contact between Clients and the brand.

Goals set at the UI stage
Our work doesn't end at the design stage — we work end-to-end, and it was no different here. After approving UI designs in desktop and mobile versions, we moved into frontend and backend coding. The result: a platform that is friendly for the B2B sector, gives flexible management options, and integrates with external programs for StickiBusiness.

We were also responsible for technical testing and platform SEO optimization. A blog was added to build visibility — fulfilling the task of educating Clients about the StickiBusiness offer and products.
