
We revolutionized the online dumpling purchasing process by introducing an entirely new shopping perspective. Based on a detailed discovery stage, we created an attractive and intuitive e-commerce solution that perfectly meets the needs and expectations of the B2B sector.

The project began with learning the company's values, the team and their platform needs through Kick-Off workshops. A 4-person team worked in weekly cycles, developing successive mockup versions. User testing validated the shopping path, bulk purchase flow, platform navigation intuitiveness, and identified strengths and weaknesses.
The UI goals: build trust through originality, incorporate Japanese Kanji characters, commission custom product photography, and maintain consistency across the purchase process.
After approving UI designs in desktop and mobile versions, we proceeded to frontend and backend coding. The result is a B2B-friendly platform with flexible management, external program integration, educational blog, and responsive mobile design with full SEO and technical optimization.
