Grupa URBA is building Wola Village, a premium development in Krakow. We designed for it not a brochure website, but a digital sales platform: a service that both presents the development and supports the sales team's daily work, from the buyer's first visit to signing the contract.
Wola Village is a premium development with a limited number of villas. In such a project every lead carries high value, so the sales process must be fast, consistent and based on current data.
Before the project, information about clients, unit availability and marketing was scattered between the website, inboxes and spreadsheets. Salespeople could not see the full contact history, marketing did not know which campaigns generated sales, and management had no single place showing the real state of the investment. An attractive website alone did not solve this.
The goal was not another good-looking website, but a service that presents the development and at the same time supports the sales process: from the buyer's first visit, through choosing a specific villa and contacting a salesperson, to offer, reservation and contract.
Every participant, from marketing, through sales, to management, was to work on the same, current data, and the investment was to gain a view of sales and marketing effectiveness.
The result is a sales platform for a premium development that combines the offer presentation with tools supporting sales and marketing. The key changes:
The new website brought 40% more enquiries in the first three months. UX made the difference.
Anna M., CEO, Grupa URBA (Wola Village)
The Wola Village project showed that a modern developer website can play a far bigger role than presenting an investment. The right information architecture, sales tools and analytics make the service part of the sales team's daily work and a source of data for marketing and management decisions.
It was not the delivery of a website, but the building of a digital sales platform for a premium development.
