01 [In short]

A real product, not a clickable demo

Most MVP shops sell you a 4-week build and hand over a Figma prototype with mock data. We ship a deployed, billable product in 8 to 12 weeks. Auth, payments, database, error handling, basic analytics, all production grade. You can run paid acquisition the day after demo day. Built by 3 to 4 senior Polish engineers (full-stack, backend, designer, part-time PM) for $40k to $90k all-in.

02 [Comparing options]

When MVP nearshore wins (and when it does not)

OptionTimelineBudgetWhat you getBest for
MVP nearshore (us)8 to 12 weeks$40 to $90kProduction app, your code, your stackFunded founder, paid users at launch
US agency MVP10 to 16 weeks$150 to $400kProduction appInvestor-required US presence
No-code (Bubble, Webflow)3 to 6 weeks$5 to $20kPrototype, vendor lock-inTest landing page, no payment flow
Solo freelancer6 to 16 weeks$15 to $60kCode quality varies, single point of failurePre-seed, technical co-founder absent
In-house hiring3 to 6 months to first ship$80 to $200k Y1Long-term teamSeries A+, 18 month roadmap clear

Honest take: nearshore MVP wins when you have funding (or strong personal runway) and need to launch a real billable product in 2 to 3 months. If your idea is unproven and you just need to test demand, build a Bubble landing page first. If you are funded for 18+ months and have a clear roadmap, hire in-house instead. See dedicated development team for ongoing builds.

03 [Who picks MVP nearshore]

5 typical MVP clients we ship for

Pattern across recent MVP launches: funded founders (seed to Series A) plus corporate innovation labs needing a real billable product in 8 to 12 weeks, not a clickable demo.

Discuss your MVP →
US seed-stage SaaS

$1 to $3M raised, need launch in 12 weeks

Solo or 2-founder team, often non-technical CEO with technical advisor. 12 weeks of runway, need a billable product before next funding conversation.

UK fintech founder

Pre-seed B2B SaaS, regulated space

Founder with industry expertise, no engineering background. Needs MVP that meets basic compliance bar (GDPR, SOC 2 Type 1 readiness) for first design partner.

Corporate innovation lab

Internal startup at $500M company

Innovation team funded for 6-month pilot. Cannot hire engineers fast enough internally, need external team to ship and validate before requesting full headcount.

US Series A reboot

Existing product, full rewrite needed

Original MVP built by overseas freelancer, unmaintainable. Founder needs clean rebuild in 10 weeks while existing product continues to serve current users.

EU marketplace founder

2-sided marketplace MVP

Buyer and seller flows, payment routing, admin panel, basic analytics. Needs to ship to 50 design partners in 10 weeks before competitor launches.

04 [What is in scope]

8 things every MVP we ship includes

01

Production deployment

Vercel or AWS, custom domain, SSL, environment management, basic CI/CD. No localhost demos.

02

Auth and user management

Magic link or social login, password reset flow, basic role permissions, email verification. Auth0, Clerk or Supabase Auth depending on stack.

03

Payments and billing

Stripe Subscriptions or Checkout, webhook handling, basic invoicing, plan management. PSD2 SCA compliant for EU customers.

04

Database and schema

Postgres or MySQL with proper schema, migrations, basic indexes. ORMs (Prisma, Drizzle) for type safety. Designed to scale to 10x current load.

05

Error tracking and analytics

Sentry for errors, PostHog or Mixpanel for product analytics, basic admin dashboard. You can debug issues in production from day one.

06

Email and notifications

Transactional email (Resend, SendGrid), templated, branded. In-app notifications if relevant. No DIY SMTP.

07

Admin panel

Internal admin to view users, payments, errors, run support actions. Simple CRUD UI, not a customer-facing dashboard.

08

Documentation and handover

README with setup, deployment guide, architectural overview, schema docs. So your next hire (in-house or external) can ramp in 2 days.

US equivalent: $140 to $220k

Standard MVP, 10 weeks

5 to 7 core features, 2 user roles, payments, integrations (Slack, email, calendar), admin panel, basic analytics. 1 senior full-stack, 1 mid backend, 1 designer, 0.5 PM. Most common engagement.

Scoping call (60 minutes)

What problem, what users, what features, what timeline pressure, what budget. We propose scope, team and rough budget within 48 hours after the call. If we are not the right fit, we say so and recommend alternatives.

Week 1

Design sprint and architecture

User flows, wireframes, hi-fi UI in Figma. Tech stack decisions, schema design, hosting architecture. Demo at end of week 1: full clickable Figma + technical spec.

Week 2 to 9

Build sprints, weekly demos

2-week sprints, demo every Friday. Code lives in your GitHub from day one. You can pull a build and try it any time. Slack channel with engineers and PM, daily updates. Sentry and analytics live from week 3.

Week 10 to 11

QA, polish, payments testing

Cross-browser, mobile responsive, edge cases, error states. Stripe in test mode then live mode. Soak testing at 10x expected launch load.

Week 12

Launch and handover

Production deployment, smoke tests, docs handover. Day-1 monitoring with us on standby. 2 weeks of bug-fix support post-launch included.

In practice

A real billable product, not a clickable demo

Auth, payments, database, error handling, basic analytics, deployment. All production grade. Most clients run paid acquisition the day after demo day, not 6 weeks later when "we add billing".

Built by 3 to 4 senior Polish engineers (full-stack, backend, designer, part-time PM) for $40k to $90k all-in. US equivalent on the same scope is $180k to $400k.

08 [FAQ]

MVP development FAQ

8 to 12 weeks for a focused MVP with 3 to 5 core features. We do not promise 4 weeks because most 4-week MVPs ship without proper auth, billing, error handling, or deployment. 8 to 12 weeks gives us time to ship a real product you can charge for, not a demo.

$40k to $90k all-in for an 8 to 12 week MVP with a 3 to 4 person team (1 senior full-stack, 1 mid backend, 1 designer part-time, 0.5 PM). Includes design, build, deployment, basic analytics, payment integration. US equivalent for the same team and timeline is $180k to $400k. See cost of nearshore software development.

Yes, from day one. Code lives in your GitHub from week 1. You own all IP, designs and infrastructure. We do not retain any rights or hold the codebase hostage. Standard MSA covers IP transfer.

Scope changes are normal in MVP work. We use weekly demos and 2-week sprints. Small changes (under 8 hours) absorbed in current sprint. Larger changes scoped and added as change orders, with timeline impact discussed openly. We do not pad estimates to absorb surprise scope, we are transparent.

We build to scale to 10x current load, not 1000x. Modern stack (Next.js or Nuxt, Postgres, Vercel or AWS), proper schema design, basic observability. If you 10x in 12 months, we extend the engagement to a scale-up rebuild or hand off to your in-house team. We never build throwaway code that will be rewritten in month 6. For ongoing work, see dedicated development team.

Yes. Most MVPs include 0.5 to 1 designer for product UI design (not full brand). We do user flows, wireframes, hi-fi UI in Figma, design system in Tailwind. If you have an in-house designer or existing design system, we save the budget and use yours.
