Staff augmentation means 1 to 3 senior engineers embedded in your existing team and managed daily by you. Dedicated team means 3 to 15 engineers working as a unit with their own tech lead, reporting to you on a monthly cadence. Augmentation fills capability gaps fast (2 to 3 weeks). We are. The engineer signs a contract with Hauer Power (B2B contract under Polish law most often). You receive an invoice from us, we pay the engineer directly. You do not need a Polish entity, EoR or local payroll provider. We handle laptop, benefits, tools, tax compliance and HR.

Yes, after 6 months of continuous engagement we offer a no-fee conversion path. Before 6 months a buy-out fee applies (1 to 2 month rate, depending on tenure). We do not lock engineers into non-compete clauses that would block your hire.

Tell us. Replacement at no charge if performance issue, with 1 to 2 week paid handover. Most replacements happen within 2 to 3 weeks from your decision.
