How to create an account at Baselinker ?
In order to use the system's solutions, all we need to do is create an account on baselinker.com where we can use the program's features for free for 14 days. During this time we should have already checked the system enough to decide on its suitability for our ecommerce store. Importantly, the platform does not require a credit card to sign up, which is a rarity nowadays, and we count here a big plus for its approach to the customer.
Baselinker pricing plans
Baselinker offers packages based on orders generated by the store on a monthly basis, the number of products and active listings.
When choosing a package, we can freely set (estimate the number of orders or products and offers) the projected parameters of the store, the system itself will adjust the price offer for us.

Basic synchronization of the store's products with the system is carried out within 24 hours. To take advantage of faster synchronization, we must expect additional fees.

Woocommerce integration with Baselinker - how to do ?
Add REST API Key in Woocommerce
After logging into your admin panel, go to Wocommerce - Settings. Once there, select Advanced from the right horizontal menu and click Add Key.

The next step is to complete the given fields. Be sure to set the permissions to Write/Read.

After entering a description, user name and assigning permissions, we generate a key.
The generated customer key must be entered in the creation of a new integration in the Baselinker panel.

After generating the client key, we go to the Baselinker panel where we create a new integration by selecting the platform we want to integrate our system with.



Product synchronization
Below under the fields Token Api and Secret API key Baselinker has the ability to download and update the product database.
By selecting YES, the system will download products, prices and descriptions to its warehouse. If you want to manage sales directly in the BaseLinker panel as the main warehouse, select NO.
After entering the data and keys, we save the integration. We should see a message about the successful integration.

Advanced BaseLinker integration settings with Wocommerce
Once the integration is correct and Wocommerce is connected to Baselinker from the system panel, we go to the integration settings where we have the option of advanced configuration of the completed integration. After entering the advanced settings of Woocommerce integration, a window with additional tabs will open.

Managing product downloads.

Download orders - Select YES if you want to download orders to BaseLinker.
There are two options here : Free every 10 minutes, paid if downloaded every minute.
Based on the orders downloaded from the Woocommerce store, they will be updated in Baselinker's inventory (subtracted from the stock)
Download order status - label of orders imported from the store
Add orders to the store - select YES to download orders from the store to BaseLinker.

Here you will find general messages, i.e.: information regarding synchronization of products, orders.

Mapping statuses and assigning the right ones between BaseLinker and Woocommerce.
In this tab, we can map statuses between Woocommerce and BaseLinker.
All you need to do is select the YES option in the statuses transfer field. On the left you can see BaseLinker statuses, on the right you can see Woocommerce statuses. By changing the statuses in Baselinker, they will change to the appropriate d Wocommerce.
Prices - price synchronization

Possible options for synchronization settings:
Send prices from Baselinker to the store, then the Woocommerce store will import prices from Baselinker.
Recommended option if you work with multiple marketplaces and want to have everything in one place.
Download prices from the store to Baselinker, in this case the store will be superior when it comes to pricing.
Synchronization frequency
Baselinker offers several options for data download and upload frequency. In the free option, it is implemented every 24h. Shorter synchronizations i.e. every 12h, 4h and every 5 min are charged accordingly.
States - synchronization of states
Similar to price synchronization, state synchronization works. The principle is the same in establishing the store as a master or slave to the Baselinker system. When you purchase from the store, the inventory in the case of the free option will only go down after 8 hours. In the paid option you can get synchronization every 1 hour or every 5 minutes.

Importing products from Baselinker to Woocommerce
In the case if we have done the integration correctly it remains for us to import products into Woocommerce. To do this, in the Baselinker panel, we go to the Products tab - product list. We select all products from the pop-up menu above the table from the position On all pages.
From the 'operations' menu, choose create products in the online store. Then choose the price group and category type.
